Are you starting a career in IT support?

• IT support qualifications (MCSE/CompTIA) or experience in a support/customer services environment?
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills, including written and verbal communication?
• Knowledge of Sage Line 50 and ISO Standards?
• Any experience in Public sector IT Support?
