We can dispatch an engineer to visit your business to resolve the problems in a fast and effective way.

This is sometimes the best way to resolve an issue, as we can investigate the problem in the normal operating enviroment.

Here is a small list demonstrating some of the services offered with our onsite visits:

• Internet connection and email issues
• Software diagnostics
• Virus, Spyware, Adware and Malware removal and protection
• Health checks - to ensure you are running at optimal performance

We also perform installations of your new or existing hardware, including:

• Data cabling/network setup
• Wireless network setup
• Hardware upgrades
• Printer and fax setup

If there is an issue we can not resolve on-site, we will arrange for the equipment to be bought back to our workshop free of
charge. Where our qualified engineers can investigate and diagnose the cause, rapidly and to the highest quality.
